Postage Costs
All UK orders totalling under £100 will be charged a rate depending on the size, weight and destination of the item. The rates are as follows (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND)
£6.95 for a small parcel such as clothing
£12.95 for a large parcel such as a golf club
£14.95 to Northern Ireland
£24.95 to Europe
We always aim for a next day dispatch and delivery within 48 hours signed for with DPD or an alternative courier.
All UK orders totalling over £100 will qualify for FREE Standard carriage (2 day signed for delivery service provided by DX Freight or an alternative courier.)
Order Processing
Orders placed before 10am on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day providing that your payment has been accepted.
Delivery Tracking
We will always aim to deliver on time but if you have not received your order within the stipulated time then please contact us at info@mbperformancegolf.com with your order number so that we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Overseas Shipping
Shipping to Northern Ireland is available at a flat rate of £14.95.
Shipping to all other countries within Europe is available at a cost of £24.95 and will take between 5-7 working days.
Returns
We do hope that you are pleased with your purchase from MB Performance Golf. If for any reason you wish to make a return, you can do so within 30 days of the receipt date.
If you are requiring a refund then you can return to us by purchasing a returns label from us via the link below

We will process your refund within 2 working days of receipt.
When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not used, worn, washed, damaged or had the labels removed. We cannot accept any item that fails to meet these criteria.
