Mike has been a member of the PGA for 20 years and has been involved in coaching county squads at all levels as well as working with PGA tour professionals on Men’s, ladies and Senior Tours. Mike understands how small margins can make a big difference especially when searching for improvement and delivering optimum performance. Mike works full time in our state of the art teaching studio doing club fittings, swing analysis and golf fitness conditioning.

Dominic Fitzpatrick

PGA Professional and Operations Manager

Dominic has nearly 30 years of experience as a PGA Professional working in both private and proprietary owned golf clubs as well as owning his own golf wear retail outlet and online store. He joined the MB Performance team in July 2018 to manage and improve upon the retail and coaching services and since that time, we have seen the business gain great momentum. Dominic brings a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of the game as well as being very commercially minded. As a coach, Dominic is very much about the modern golf swing using the larger body muscles to produce strong dynamic positions to maximize power and accuracy. Teresa

Branch Manager

Teresa started her career in retail working for Kurt Geiger Ltd, buying merchandise & managing stores across the UK, culminating in a wealth of understanding of what the customer adventure should be. Working for an Insurance broker as a client technician in a fast-paced environment only broadened her skill set. Coming on board with the pro shop team was a great decision for Teresa as her focus was on implementing her vast array of skills with her distinctive style. Teresa delivers a unique customer experience with a level of knowledge, sophistication & sincerity that is second to none. Teresa is a very keen golfer & also a member at Kibworth Golf Club.

Harvey

Trainee Equipment Technician

Harvey is the newest member of our team, he Plays off 2 Handicap and is a leading county golfer. Harvey tests the latest equipment for us and assists with club fittings in our studio. Harvey takes a huge interest in the latest technology and coaching methods on tour and uses this knowledge and enthusiasm to help recommend the best choices to our customers.
